Residence Pricing and Fees

At Peabody, because we understand the financial circumstance of each individual is unique, we offer various payment plans, including daily or monthly, with or without an entry fee. However, with multiple payment plans in each of our diverse levels of care, it is impractical for us to attempt to explain your actual costs on this page.

When you meet with one of our admissions counselors, we will be able to explore with you the basic cost for the level of residence you seek, then deduct any third-party payers you may have, such as insurances, whether a lump-sum payment is more advantageous to your financial situation, and more. We will then be able to give you a more accurate estimate of what you can expect your residence at Peabody to cost.

Independent Living, Residential Apartments, and Assisted Living. Generally, our cottage homes and residential dwellings require a single lump-sum payment and reasonable monthly payments. Depending on the dollar amount you are able to make in the initial payment, your monthly charges will be reduced according to our fee schedules.

Health Care and Memory Care. Generally, those who reside within our full-service main healthcare building are charged a daily fee, paid monthly. Of course, if you qualify for Medicaid or Medicare services, your actual cost may be lower. The daily charges reflect the level of care required.
