Applying for residence at Peabody Retirement Community

You have meandered your way through our web site and came to a logical conclusion ... Peabody is where you should spend your retirement years in comfort and style. What's next?

You have two choices for how to proceed. You can arrange beautiful grounds await you at Peabody Retirement Communitya personal visit, where in addition to a tour of the campus and residences, you can meet face-to-face with admission counselors who can answer your remaining questions and assist you in completing the required application and background paperwork.  Contact an Admissions Counselor here.

If you have already reached a decision to reside at Peabody and wish to get your name on the waiting list.  Please contact our admissions counselors through the email link above or simply phone our main switchboard and ask for an admissions packet.  Once a completed application is received, we will notify you to confirm your placement on the waiting list and answer any questions you may have.

All applicants must provide at time of application:

Complete applications (both general and financial)
Waiting list deposit. Depositors are contacted in the order in which they joined the list. Waiting times vary; some residences may be available immediately. We will let you know where you are on the list when we contact you.

All applicants must provide prior to admission:

Current medical history and physical examination not more than 30 days before admission
Current chest x-ray results not more than six months before admission
Update financial form and sign residency agreement

Of course, we are happy to assist you with completing any forms required and will assist you in making arrangements for the medical examinations, if needed.
