		Cottage Homes	(Duplex-Style Homes)
		Independent Living homes offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans to meet your desires. All appliances, maintenance and use of Peabody campus included.
		Residential Apartments	(Newly Renovated)
		Independent Living with the conveniences of the main building just down the hall. Includes meals, laundry and all maintenance services. One- or two-room apartment floor plans available.
		Assisted Living	(All New in 2004)
		Private suites with kitchenettes allow residents to maintain independence while receiving needed assistance with activities of daily living. Age-friendly features make this an ideal residence.
		Memory Enhancement Center	(Special Care)
		The residents of this neighborhood are surrounded with familiar settings and activities to help them maintain and even enhance their memories, making a difficult life stage more enjoyable.
		Health Center	(Skilled Nursing Care)
		Each room is oversized with a private full bath. Twenty-four hour nursing staff is available to enhance health and promote healing from illness and injury. Short- and long-term stays available.
