Our elegant South House , the first building constructed by our founders, was recently renovated and is the home to our residential apartments.

The stately Georgian architecture, with its grand columns and arched hall doorways has been continued throughout the new construction.

Your choice of one- or two-bedroom apartments makes the Residential Apartments an ideal solution to your every need. And, since meals, housekeeping and laundry services are included in your monthly fees, the South House offers easy living in a beautiful environment.
