The South House Residential Apartments at Peabody Retirement Community offer the convenience of a private residence along with three daily meals, all maintenance, and more. In addition, the following services are available to our Apartments residents for a nominal charge:

Transportation to out-of-town locations
Beauty salon and barber services
Guest Meals
Overnight guest accommodations
Geriatrician services (generally covered by Medicare)
Medication management
Rehabilitation services (generally covered by Medicare)
Personal assistance and nursing care services in Peabody's on-campus centers
Personal care and specialized nursing supplies
